Mercury Retrograde Question

Mercury isn't retrograde anymore, but I have a question about it... I started working on my third eye, 6th chakra and pineal gland, while mercury was retrograde and I wanted to know if this affected my working in any way.I heard that you shouldn't work on the mind at this time, but I heard a little too late. Ive been putting hard work into my 6th chakra all month, while mercury was retrograde, So was it all for nothing? I didn't get any good results from working on my 6th chakra over this time period, so I was wondering. I can, however, focus on my 6th chakra and pineal gland and kinda feel them better, but that's pretty much it. Did Mercury retrograde F*ck up my 6th chakra and third eye workings?

You're fine, as Mercury does not rule those chakras or the pineal.
