Mercury or Venus for 5th Chakra?

Day 16 Mercury enters in Gemini, which is, second the Necronomicon info good to do the meditation for the 5th Chakra.
Ok... but... This new information on the JoS says that Venus rules the 5th and Mercury the 4th, insted the reverse in the old information.
So, will I be wasting my time doing the Necronomicon meditation for the 5th Chakra and will I must wait Venus go to a strong sign?

Yes, the 5th chakra is ruled by Venus.
Necromonicon meditation dates have to be updated.
Currently, It is the proper time to empower the heart chakra (when It will be full moon, and if you already did 3rd eye and throat nacromonicon meditations.)
