Confused with Mercury and Venus. Need some clarification

Hello guys

I need to clarify one thing and and I'll be grateful if you help me with this:

In satanic squares it's said that Mercury rules the heart chakra and Venus rules the throat chakra but in Necronomicon meditation section it's said that the meditation for the throat chakra should be done when Mercury is strong and the meditation for the heart should be done when Venus is strong.

- So I'm confused now , what is ruled by what ?

- If I want to improve Venus related things such as love , affection, beauty , etc, which chakra should I empower ,the throat or the heart chakra . And if I want to improve Mercury related things?

- If both rules both , can I do the Necronomicon meditation for the throat chakra on the Venus date and for the heart chakra on the Mercury date?

Doing either on these chakras has no negative effect as the energy will naturally flow on the other one.

In the chest [heart] you have two places of interest. One is the Heart [the literal heart] and that is ruled by Venus. Therefore working on the Venus there, causes no problem.
