Men of 5th root race?

I've read on a few books by Col. Arthur E. Powell the term "Men of 5th root race".

Does anyone knows what this means, or know any books that explain this term?

This is from thesophical beliefs. It refers to the Aryan race in their dogma which was claimed to come out of the Atlantean root race.  All of this is supposed to end in their last root race which is supposed to be a totally racial mixed one on a planet under a one world communist style order with the typical sprinkling of false spirituality of course. Thesophical sects are literally the core source of all new aged xianity. Because that is what it is, the Aquarian model of the enemy programs. Communism with a tinsel of fake spirituality.
