Meditations.

I am new to this but very enthusiastic, i have been trying to meditate using the begingers meditations on ths ToZ site, but i find am unable to consentrate,my mind keeps wondering to other things. Please i would like some advise on how to get past it,because i really want to get on with my meditations.

begin with void meditation. This empowers the mind so you can concetrate intensely for a long time.
