Skipping a day or two of meditations is a very bad thing. I was consistently doing the Mer Ka Ba Meditation everyday, as well as other energy work, and developing my mind through a meditation program. Well, I was really busy with work, and getting things done around the house, going to the store ect. I almost skipped one day of meditation, all I did was clean my aura and chakras and draw in a little solar energy, skipped my yoga, for One Day. This happened because I was "too busy" and "tired", what a lame excuse. I learned my lesson. Because of the level of meditation I was doing, I thought I would be fine. I was wrong, the next day I felt so drained, like I hadn't done meditation in a month. This feeling only lasted a few days until I was able to get most of it back. I will Never Skip another day of Meditation. That is why Consistent Power Meditation is so important. Don't slack off, you will regret it.

Subject: meditation skipping
I was wondering if you skip a day or two of meditations for watever reason will you stay were you left off or will you go back and loose the progress you've gained? Has anyone skipped some meditations? What happened?
