Meditation heat

Why do I get hotter when I meditate? It also happens when I attempt to go into a trance. I get significantly warmer and I even sweat.

Well I never feel any heat when meditating. My bioelectricity feels like an electric surge to me, my skin tingles especially after hatha yoga or doing energy meditation. White-gold energy does feel hot to me, like sun-heat, not fire-heat (if you understand what I mean) and have the same sunburn sensation the JoS site mentions on "invoking Demons" after working with white-gold energy for more than 10 mins.
