Imagine yourself, smelling flowers of different type and imagine the smell of each flower, then perform power meditations and regular meditation, the effects of the smelling part of the meditation are lasting and while meditating you'll notice it working, it may take some work but it has worked for me even more than month after i did one or two sessions of smelling flowers.
