Meditation experiences

so ive been working really hard on opening my chakras and tonight while focusing on my shoulder chakras i had a very strange experience... i was visualizing the chakras as directed to on JoS and got the sensations that i was suppose to get but when i moved to begin aligning my chakras properly as directed i had an experience where EVERY chakra in my body MAJOR and MINOR lit up as bright as the sun and now almost an hour later i can steel feel pain/pressure in each and every chakra even the ones i havent OFFICIALLY opened yet...

it doesnt bother me or freak me out just wondering if anyone has any insight into this and maybe could explain it a little
