Meditation Consistency

This is for En Haradren Amlug, or any one else

Recently you told me that you must do the meditation on a daily basis, or something similar as in make a time table, today do the single serpent med, tomorrow do the energy circulation med, and continue this, but I have lots of time on the weekend, so can I do both of them on the weekend or must I always continue with the one today other Tomorrow thing.
