this one i believe to have been given to me by the crowned prince himself. 1. locate your pineal gland. 2. visualize it glowing a white-gold 3. intensify the light til it covers your skull. 4. extract a little bioelectricity from the aura and each chakra (except the 6th). 5. penetrate the pineal gland with it.
