I started the process of opening my Third Eye and was wondering how I know it worked and if it didn't should I do the process again for another 4 days?

You feel a pressure or something like that on your forehead where the third eye should be.
Wait a week before trying it again. it may take sometime before you fill it the first time and you should read a bit more on JoS for more information.
