Give it a go, do t stress to much about it. If you find it doesnt help then maybe change habits, Or maybe try and give up for a little bit and see how it feels to breath properly. But again don’t stress is the best. Relax chillax, guilt is shit., so I recommend don’t feel shame or guilt about smoking, again I’m not a HP and there will be others saying that you have to and that it’s very important. I find just don’t stress about it, up to you. Take it slow, it does interfere a bit with me but I think it might just be stress
