I need to do a working to control my emotional reactions to stressful situations. I already do void meditation, I use the rune ISA on occasion (I don't want to overdo it)
I already have the affirmation, but I don't think that will be enough on its own, as this is a very serious sittuation. Are there any particular mantras or anything that I can use that's versatile?
