Real estate is good advice but might be out of the reach for some here.

If you ever start a business, think about what people need, what is a local thing to you that you can sell that people can't get in their area, or what someone will go back to constantly (skin care, for instance)? What's a niche that hasn't been done yet, but people want? Don't just sell tshirts or whatever, unless you're a celebrity with a strong brand (which still makes you dependent on being Yehubor-approved and not 'offending anyone') this won't work. Jupiter in Taurus is really great for Attracting money it will be in a couple years. Jupiter in Pisces will be there for a couple months. Remember so far as Material workings and blessings Retrograde is Good it increases the blessings. However with spiritual workings this doesn't seem to work out great for me at least. If you wanted to be almost OCD like (but hey it adds even more to this) hour of Sun Jupiter and Venus and moon (since moon will only be in a sign friendly to this if your starting this working) is good.

Ascendant Capricorn Taurus Leo or Sagittarius (a critical degree too if possible like for example I started my last working Ascendant 13 Capricorn Jupiter 2nd house)

Venus Sun or Jupiter 2nd house.

Venus Sun or Jupiter 8th house.

Pluto 2nd house.

But anyways this would only add to conditions that are right for it to begin with.

If you realize money is something everyone wants you have to time it for most powerful and do this often.

What options you have is relative to your own situation. There isn't a one-size fits all solution.

Starting a business is only passive if it runs fully on it's own. As in, you'll need staff and someone to manage your business for you. The business would have to pay expenses of your staff as well as bring income to you.


Real estate is relatively straightforward for creating passive income. You find a property you think can work out, study the surrounding area and what you can do with it, such as monthly rent or shorter if it's a good zone for tourism. Investing in rural areas can be very profitable if you rent the place out to tourists.

Then simulate the loan with your bank and start working the numbers. It's not difficult to figure out how much money you can make from a property with a bit of research of the area. Then see if you can make a profit from it on top of expenses from loan payments and other expenses you may have.


For the banks to work with you, you'll need a decent income to your name. If you don't have many options for this, consider moving to a more wealthy country. Even shitty factory jobs can be your gateway to approved bank loans if the salary is high relative to your own country's average salary.

This applies to any investment really. You cannot save up enough money to create meaningful assets with a "job". Making good investments with bank loans is how you climb out, remember this, and don't get caught up in the illusion that you can save up enough money to be free by working a job.

Hi this is AgniCosmos.

It has come to my attention and others (I believe) that Zevism work absolutely requires the use of passive money, as the current work system of the yehuborim simply does not provide enough money to justify the work hours at all (and never will in the future).

I believe in one post HP Zevios Metathronos suggested going into real estate and land (though I don't think he specified any particular real estate such as rural or city).

I honestly don't have many suggestions myself as most jobs/businesses almost always require to do a Yehubor-approved job/business.

Any tips guys?

Sorry if there is a similar thread that I have missed.

What I think it might help on longterm, is to start investing in cryptocurrency or playing lotto but in the same time, do a lot of Jupiter and Sun squares for fortunes and money (of course squares only when is possible to start them) and continuous powerful money workings. Of course for all this to work, you need to have a powerful meditation routine that will ensure your constant advancement, will slowly eliminate karming problems, therefore increasing your ability to generate more energy through your squares and money spells to attract money from lotto or cryptocurrencies. In my opinion a passive income of 100-200 dollars per month doesn't really worth the effort of whathever generates that money, better invest big time in meditations and monet spells to attract big money.

If you are looking for some side hustle that will be Yehubor-approved, I can hardly understand what you mean by "Yehubor-approved work. Why do you need Yehubor-approved work? Do you want only yehuborim to be your colleagues? I think you should just look for an excellent part-time job where you get paid for the time you spend working, not for the work itself. Of course, there should also be a specific rate. Look on the internet for good offers for programmers who write for CC and may be hired by a company remotely and part-time. I hope you find something that suits you and stay there for a long time. That's how I found my permanent job, even though I wasn't planning on staying with the company long.
