Can i vibrate the mantras in 2 separate sessions? would it still work?

what do you mean 2 seperate sessions? do you mean do the same square twice? Both the material and spiritual?

vibrate it for example 20 times in the morning and 20 at night depending on if the number for the square is too big or if i dont think that i would have the time or privacy to do it fully.

Do all the vibrations in one go. Either make time for it. Or if you cannot, do it whenever youu can. Although doing the squares in the right hour of the day (ie, sun square in hour of the sun) is more powerful and recomended. It is not necesary. As long as you are doing it each day, not skipping a day.
