Lump

I found a lump near my armpit, but closer to my breast. Just simple prodding can't uncover it, but I have to pressed down hard with my hand and move it around like a deep massage. I do the side to my other armpit and nothing. 
The thing can be moved around and there's no pain at all. I feel the same as I always have. I eat less, but that's because I chose not to eat as much, no loss of appetite. No redness, no temperature, nothing else. 
I don't have any money to my name, no insurance and of course, no Doctor, Primary, GP or whatever you know the term by.. how can I get this seen to if things change? 
I honestly thing it;s a Jooo attack to fuck my mind over  because I have refused, multiple times to go with Jehova and ditch Satan. When we are forced to pray in church, (I have to go because its my grandparents house and if I don't, Ill be kicked out and homeless again.) I prary to Satan in my mind instead of Jehova. 
I even had a nightmare this morning (After I discovered the lump IRL) where my mom confronted me with praying to Satan instead of Jehova. I do, of course, but IRL she never knew and she will continue to not know. They suspect my ties  but never caught me out red handed.

I'm not sure how laws or medicine work in your country. It might be a lymph node. Occasionally if you get a few or a bad infection, or even bump your arm really hard, a lymph node will swell and simple not go back down for years or the rest of your life. It's called a shotty lymph node and I think most people wind up with one somewhere.

I have read it but didnt reply.

Breast tissue can swell and become hard depending on the moment in the cyclus. So thats why you may feel lumps.

Other than that if they are swollen and youre not sick you shouldnt worry about it too much.
And dont feel and fiddle with it every day. If its just a swelling it may become worse.

Now to the other replier.. I do not think long term swollen nodes are healthy in any way at all.
