Have a control on them.There are precious meditations to help you in that.You rather use your time on advancing yourself than wasting time on thinking of how to get her back. Do you know of any effective way to get rid of feelings for another person/loved one/ex? Struggling with this. I have prayed to father to get rid of the feelings asap, and it actually helped, but it keeps coming back, and it needs to be eradicated before it does any more harm. I have no reason to harm the person though.
