I do my yoga (20mins), foundation, cleaning (20mins) vibrating, spinning chakras (20mins) every morning.
I was very impressed when I started out meditating 12 months ago, couldn't believe the buzz.
I'm still putting the time in but not getting the results I'm looking for. I want to feel like I've been plugged into a wall socket, but realistically can't spend all day on it.
Anyone with advice on this?

Pranayama, if you didn't already include that in Yoga. Increasing the Yoga and Pranayama practices over time, and you will eventually reach a point where pranayama replaces Foundation entirely.
Rituals when you feel a specific need.
A working going at all times, based on what works astrologically.
Awareness Meditations. I recommend Dot and Ethics meditation to be done daily, plus one extra based on your discernment, and slowly working on awareness of the three Dantians (Triangles Meditations).
Satanama meditation is pretty good for everyone, the Kirtan Kriya can be added, that's a 12 minute meditation that has had an impact for me.
Opening and feeding the Chakra of the day with a few reps of a mantra and meditating on it.
I personally do affirmations using Mala beads when my energies are high after meditation.

Other miscellaneous practices do exist, like AUM SHIVAYAHA NAMAHA with high reps as a meditation and so on, but the above should be plenty.

If you've been consistently meditating for a year, it's also not a bad idea to empower the Pineal gland in small doses, with the intermediate meditations, and slowly prepare for the Single Serpent and the Twin Serpent.
