You said you were a beginner right? thats sounds like WAY too much for a beginner to handle!! start out smaller. you can start off with the 6 month training program. 30 min a day or 30 minutes twice a day with yoga, then work your way up by adding new meditations in there when you MASTER the basic ones! work on your aura daily, do breathing exercises daily (start out with the recommended number for beginners), spin your chakras, open your hand chakras, void meditation..etc etc it nice to see beginners that are so enthusiastic about meditation lol but you could potentially hurt yourself with doing all that.
personally i used to only meditate for 30-40 minutes a day. i was so proud of my 45 minute record back then lol. now i meditate one hour when i wake up about 20-30 minutes in the noon and one hour before i go to bed. and when i master what i am doing, i will work my way up to 5 times a day.

What's the longest amount of time you meditated for? I'm trying to go for 3-5 hours straight tonight, as a beginner, this will greatly empower me spiritually, no? Here's some of my personal schedule, it might help somebody out on timing
147 long chakra breathing/ 7 ea chakra=about one hour(differentiates from everyone)
75 advanced pineal/3rd eye breaths= about one hour
Basically, about 150-200 long breaths= 1 hour
