Little scared! Need help.

(I have been thinking alot of reptilians,nordics since i read about them about how to fight back when they attack,how they attack,how they appear,what they cause,ect. I know this is my biggest mistake to think of them,but can't help) Last Night I got sleep paralysed.It was like half asleep and half awake but it was REAL. I was again thinking of them as if they are watching me. I tried to turn my mind to think of Father Satan,started listening music and then i don't know when i fell asleep. I couldn't even move a bit even i was thinking in that condition that it's enemy is attacking me,its they. I started tajing father satan's name,i screamed his name loud as much as i could. Then i was able to move and i ran to other room it was like i was floating i was covering much far distance on my each step i took. It was like if there was less gravity. But look iI was still Asleep till this point!!! So then finally i opened my eyes,i was out of that condition finally and then i went to other room. couldn't sleep all night. I was very drawn to darkness when i found satanism! I could even stand all night in the graveyard,i had the guts to do that but now i started to scare from dark again. I had done aura cleaning and protection.I just need help/advice for this problem. I haven't opened any chakra yet so was it just sleep paralysis or really enemy's attack? A psychic attack?
