Hey guys..
I have been diagnosed bipolar for 2 years. I recently dedicated about 7 months ago, and because of my racing thoughts find it very difficult to enter a trance.. I have recently been prescribed lithium, which seems to be helping with my thought problem, but i still cannot fall into a trance as i understand one to be from reading the JoS literature.
Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated. This is a huge block to my development in the Satanic Arts.
