Liquid Ionic Magnesium

I've wanted to get a more cost effect CAL-MAG supplement into my diet (as I did the Dr. Ron's stuff and the cost of shipping was just as much as the bottle itself). I've heard previously that magnesium taurate is the best/most absorbable form of magnesium, but getting it with a pre-mixed high-quality calcium supplement at a good price seems to tough.
I thought about buying just straight magnesium taurate on its own, and then do the same for the calcium, but just came across Liquid Ionic Magnesium and wanted to see what our gurus here might have to say about it. Is it any better or worse than mag-taurate?

Seems to be Magnesium Ascorbate/gluconate
