LASIK, laser eye surgery - beneficial or detrimental?

My vision isn't the best. I wear glasses and contacts just to be able to see from far away. I am best with vision when it comes to seeing things very close up.

I'm starting to do research on LASIK and laser eye surgery but i'm thinking, would it just damage my eyes in the long run? Is it just some money grubbing jew scheme or is it actually a great science?

What can you guys tell me about it. I really want to fix my eyesight but i'm scared laser will actually damage it more in the end.

I remember long ago in the old forums, someone posted a video about an eye exercise on how to correct eyesight. Haven't been able to find it since..

Hmm… well if you were to use logic to make a exercise on improving your eyesight… I'd say take something simple like a pencil… and place it close to your face… until it is clear… then move it slowly away until blurry … then try focus on your eyes position… try to align them so the image is clearer do this for a few days and when it's natural… trying moving them pencil further way which each successful attempt… ahh… but this exercise is only a guess based on my knowledge so please take it with a grain of salt… the only other thing I can suggest is somewhat similar to what Keith said but instead breath out energy from you solar chakra into your hands then breath them into your eyes and vibrate SATANAS or SURYA… and affirm something like "I have clear vision and can see everything in a safe and healthy way for me"… or maybe both suggests would be of use together…*shrugs* just take my advice with a grain of salt!?
