I have been doing the cobra breath (kundalini yoga) for a while and i think i pinched a nerve doing it. I have all the symptoms of a pinched nerve. The main pain is located in the middle of my back along the left side of my spine. The pain radiates to the front of my chest, my left side such a armpit, left arm, and ribs. Its getting worse but i havent stopped working with my kundalini lol i should give it a break i guess. I just want to know if the this is a good or bad sign because i cant seem to heal it (i have the power to heal and have used it many times).

you might want to try shifting something in your body you prob pushed a muscle or some hard tissue too close to your nerve and it prob got stuck
its a pinched nerve right?
well if its pinched something gotta be pinching it all ya gotta do is move that something and the issue should go away

you might want to try shifting something in your body you prob pushed a muscle or some hard tissue too close to your nerve and it prob got stuck

yeah i pulled a muscle near my spine but i also really stimulated the ida nerve or part of the kundalini. Because of this i learned to work on the ida and pingala parts of the kundalini/twin serpents. Its feeling better except the pulled muscle. Thanks
