what is with the Chinese characters on the King and Queen page on the jos?

what is with the Chinese characters on the King and Queen page on the jos?

It seems to be a formatting issue. Sometimes characters are converted weirdly like this when the webpage doesnt know how to display it.
Those characters are supposed to be lines, so you can just mentally "replace" them with lines for now to properly read what is written there. For example "RAH誘U柚M" would be "RAH-U-M".
