that was not the question I already know that it is the same energy but If i train my ki energy I will became stronger, and because of the fact that it exists training programs in how to train your ki and it is not on the jos website I asked if any one knew about any training program.

I know that jos website contain a lot of info but I can´t find any about training your ki/magicka/chi energy. I tried using google to find some training programs but I didn´t find any good one. Do anyone of you know where I can find some good training programs thats focus on your ki energy.
The energy we invoke is just energy, Which is chi/ki or whatever you call it. Energy is named different things. So we do invoke ki/chi.
