Kettle Bells ?

I use kettle bells and they work great. If you don't know how to use them you should definitely find someone to teach you. They're a great form of exercise in my opinion.

Hey what about Kettle Bells in conjunction with pull ups, push ups, handstands, and jumping on trampoline which I have in my home?
I want to get stronger, but also stay flexible.

That's just about everything that I do and it works well for me I also incorporate yoga before or after my workout. From what I've been told all of those exercises will get you stronger and you'll be "lean and mean". Your exercise program sounds good in my opinion although I'm not a professional trainer haha. Have you ever tried handstand push up? It's where you do a handstand up against a wall and lower yourself to the floor with your arms and once the top your head gets close to the floor you push yourself up back to a regular handstand. Its very difficult but you can definitely feel it work your muscles and it helps you balance.

I'm now working on doing free handstand pushup (without a wall).
It's very hard, but I love it very much and if I manage to do it without a wall I will gain nice muscle because the stabilizing muscles work too.
I already can do free handstand without moving for 10 seconds, but when I try to do push up I fall down. But I will manage to do it. I always was good with this stuff.

That's very good, keep it up. I can't even do a handstand without the wall yet. When you jump on the trampoline do you do that for cardio?

Yes it's good and I love it very much. I just did a session of 2 hours trying to do free handstand. I'm so dizzy now.

Yes I jump on the trampoline everyday for 10 minutes for cardio. Listening to music while jumping and doing somersault. Great cardio in my opinion and more fun from running. Big trampoline is fun.

You're welcome brother, Now I need your advice. I went to sleep really dizzy after 2 hours of training in doing free handstand, and I walk up dizzy. This is frustrating and even frightening. This is serious. Less dizzy than yesterday but still dizzy, I feel bad. Should I do a healing session? Maybe some balancing breathing exercises? Thanks brother.

I honestly don't know man. Hopefully someone else can give you some advice that will help you. I wouldn't recommend doing a 2 hour session again though, it sounds like too much energy to handle. Maybe work up to that.

Since a hand stand is essentially an inverted asana pose, you need to perform a counter-pose after it, otherwise all the energy does not spread evenly and stays in your head region (hence the dizziness). Balancing yourself with breathing exercises are also good. Are you training for something to do with gymnastics?

I already can do free handstand without moving for 10 seconds, but when I try to do push up I fall down. But I will manage to do it. I always was good with this stuff.

From what I've been told all of those exercises will get you stronger and you'll be "lean and mean". Your exercise program sounds good in my opinion although I'm not a professional trainer haha. Have you ever tried handstand push up? It's where you do a handstand up against a wall and lower yourself to the floor with your arms and once the top your head gets close to the floor you push yourself up back to a regular handstand. Its very difficult but you can definitely feel it work your muscles and it helps you balance.

It makes sense now.
I feel alot better now after sleeping 4 more hours, cleaning my aura, breathing energy from the Sun and with affirmations, and a bit of breathing exercises. I still feel dizzy though, so I gave up job today. I will not give up on meditations don't worry. Planning to balance my chakras, maybe it will give some balance.

I always was good with stuff like that, people called me monkey etc.. I'm in love with handstands, somersaults etc.. And it's good exercise for my opinion so I'm now training to do a free handstand. I should be more careful and not exceed my limits. I was definitely overdoing it yesterday, with 2 hours. No doubt I'm still dizzy.

Since a hand stand is essentially an inverted asana pose, you need to perform a counter-pose after it, otherwise all the energy does not spread evenly and stays in your head region (hence the dizziness). Balancing yourself with breathing exercises are also good. Are you training for something to do with gymnastics?

Yes I jump on the trampoline everyday for 10 minutes for cardio. Listening to music while jumping and doing somersault. Great cardio in my opinion and more fun from running. Big trampoline is fun.
