Yes and no. The first day it must be done in the hour of the Square (let's say you are doing the square of Jupiter, it must be done in the hour of Jupiter in the day of Jupiter not in a Void of Course Moon). For the rest of the days yeah you can do it at any time you want but it is better to do it on the hour of the square.
