You don't need to meet up with people in a physical sence to talk and share ideas, nor to learn or advance. All the resources you need you have right here in the JoS Egroups and at JoyOfSatan.org. What you should focus on is reading through the site and leaning all you can from it. If you have questions, ideas for discussion, or concerns, you are more than welcome to ask them here, and we will be happy to answer.

It isn't encouraged to 'meet up' with other Satanists in this way. For one, you don't really know who these people are or wether they are actually Satanists. These could be infiltrators looking to lead you away from True Satanism and only harm you in the end. And also, in Satanism we encourage self reliance and being indapendant. That means working on your own, and being able to gather a sence of self worth without outside assitance. Be your own person, not what others dictate.

Remember, there is not place for stupidity in Satanism. Be cautious about who you meet online and their credability. Be smart.

Hello, just joined the site.

I find I like satanism even though I don't know anything about it. Just a couple months ago i learned that the upside down or inverted pentagram is for the material world for instance. I am also a nice person, as in i like buddhisms desire to end suffering and the ideal of caring for living things, like dogs.

I find more often then not satanism is associated with just suffering, or death which i believe is just the the work of other religions. I also love science, evolution and i guess the material world. I like science as it seems sane, as is with all faiths i have found its just ignorance and self destruction. I also love liberty, and in short i find that i feel good, and or find love in my heart when i think of the devil. I dont really understand short of just saying i love satan, and it makes me feel good.

I also feel at least for me that its a individual thing, and i also like the idea if meditation as a way to touch and feel i guess for the dark lord. I have had this change occur so abruptly in my life that its scary, but as i reflect on the past i feel as if its always been there. You see, I have only lived a faithless secular life, even have made fun of satanism. Now anymore i love it, even though i know nothing of it. I just get a picture of it being the material world, like stars, evolution, love, and am trying to learn. There is of course more i want to post but its just my own individual appreciation of satan.

You should study www.joyofsatan.com and www.exposingchristianity.com to get a better and clearer image about Spiritual Satanism and Satan. It's good that you feel attracted to Satan, I mean He is our Father after all... It's only natural to feel that way. The hard thing when first coming to Satanism is to get rid of all the brainwashing that the enemy (the media etc) have been pushing on you for all these years... After that, it's important to try avoiding being delusional. <- what I mean by that, I believe you'll understand as you progress further.
You should start the meditations right away, especially the aura + chakras cleaning and building an aura of protection around you.Also, before you even start with the meditations, you should perform the Dedication Ritual (written in the JoyofSatan website).
Your impression about Satanism seems to be a bit chaotic (as in, only a few things of what you said are actually true; most of them remind me of hippy-kind-of nature xD We're not really like that) but anyway, if you study the website and start meditating, you'll understand more and more things bit by bit.
And you said that you get the picture of Spiritual Satanism being the material world...? Well, if I took into consideration all the spiritual advancement, I'd say otherwise. But actually, Spiritual Satanism is all about balance; learning how to live in both sides, advancing and developing your skills/magick, and of course raising your Kundalini and eventually completing the Magnum Opus and reaching immortality... But you should better start off with the basics.
