Guys just wanna say I have suffered from severe anxiety and depression, and although I have been meditating (around 1-2hrs each night) it wasn't fully going away. So I decided to do some sun bathing for 30 mins a day under the bright sun and holy shit it works, its been just 2 days and i feel calmer already.
