Facny Mancy presented himself here as a very good reason why ToZ made the decision to make calendars accessible only from HoO, and I greatly favour this change. Perhaps some people here will finally begin to grow up into independent Adults, as our Gods would like, instead of remaining helpless children.

From my own experience, I can tell that I achieved the greatest milestones in my path thanks to being under pressure and forced to make difficult decisions. Just ask yourself why you are even meditating, doing money work, spells for perfect health, etc.?

If things were easy and effortless, what would be the point of reaching Godhood or even grown Adults in the first place? Without the teachings and influence of Saturn, life would be unimaginably horrific in the way our universe operates.

Not to mention all the priceless material we are getting for free... Even if we only consider what SGAI shared, the Egyptian hand opening, the square for the lakshmi mantra, all of these are priceless and insane to be shared for free. You can basically already get very rich and afford most of the things in HoO with only this square. + the freeing mantras like Munka and Ganesha, you can get up there. All for free.

And then don't get me started on what HPS Lydia and HPZM is giving us for free... Or SG Karnonnos or the other SGs... Endlessly great things for free.

Not to mention all the priceless material we are getting for free... Imagine, some people went crazy when SG AI asked for a like to receive a new meditation, making a rent of 10000 words.

The Golden Age isn't going to build itself for free guys... The Temple of Zeus needs significant income so we bolster into an unstoppable powerhouse and the enemy is cycled out of power so a better world can emerge. What is so hard about understanding this?

Also.. the fact that the calendar requires that significant of an amount of time, energy and effort to do yearly, it is only logical and realistic for people to need to contribute to attain it.

Like what the actual fuck. If someone like myself can come up with the money for it, I don't know what everyone elses excuses are.

I'm basically half disabled and barely function some days from chronic disease. If I can do it, well honestly I think anyone else would find this far easier.

Sorry to be so blunt here. But seeing the reactions to this very fair and logical solution is a bit infuriating.

Worse case scenario someone just does their own astrological calculations. With endless knowledge at their fingertips to learn.

I thought the same thing. It takes a lot of time to make. There is no need to be shared for free. The Temple of Zeus site gives all the tools on how to find the best dates for your workings. Before the calendar we had to to do it in this way. The calendar is just something to make our life easier but it takes time to do and so it's only fair in this way. Lazines needs to be banished from here.

First off, Happy New Year!

This thread is trending right now and I've been silently reading along, like probably many others have. And I figured I'd also share some of my own thoughts on it.

At first, it might come as a "surprise" to find out that something you've traditionally gotten for free every year now has to be paid for. And it's okay to wonder.

But a reasonable member will soon look past that initial surprise once you consider:
- How cheap it is (in a good way), according to what HPS Lydia and some of the SGs suggested in this thread;
- How all the essential knowledge and info brought and summarized by the calendar is still freely available in the Temple of Zeus and AstroApollo;
- How this benefits our organization.

If you've been around since the times of our Yahoo! forums (dammit, I feel old saying that), you know that even HPS Pythia used to sell physical CDs with the audios of Runic vibrations. That didn't mean anyone was left out of knowing how to properly vibrate the Runes.

Not just that, but ever since we were under Her rule, we have always been encouraged to learn concepts and apply that knowledge in workings and rituals on our own. What kind of practicing Zevist is he who is unable to learn at least some of the basics of astrology so he can know his way around with spiritual workings?

Adding to that, FancyMancy - I mean no personal insult, you were one of the members I used to admire the most in our Yahoo days - you claim that astrology is "extremely complicated" to some people, yet the level of language complexity in which you always write your posts suggests to me that you have more than enough intellectual capacity to learn more than the basics of astrology in about a week if you take it up right now.

Being one of the calendar translators, I see no issue if the price is as accessible as U$1 - U$5. It's not even about how low the price is. It's about it being accessible and about how this exchange is good for our organization. It's no issue when we purchase expensive, harmful and tax-loaded stuff such as junk food from the rest of the world around us (and I don't mean it passive-aggressively - it really is no issue, you do whatever you want with your own money and work).

Going forward, it would even be nice if we could expand this concept to a free marketplace of our own, where members can offer their own products and services to other Zevists for fair and tax-free prices. Imagine making our religious life financially self-sustainable and being able to live off of it.

This year, I've found myself financially compromised and I've been focused on paying off debts made to my credit card by a family member of mine. This is also one of the reasons why I haven't been able to participate in the raffle, as although one ticket is just U$20, it goes into the hundreds in my own currency. So I've been playing it safe with money for now.
But I'm all but cleared out of these third-party debts, with just one more month to go. Once I've paid it all off and the calendar is released, I'll be sure to purchase it myself.

Even if for whatever reason you can't donate, you can still access to Hall of Osiris with Tier 1 and even reach Tier 2 by helping with tasks like translations and outreach.
There is no excuse for being lazy.

There are two possibilities here. Either you can donate, or you cannot. If you can donate, then regardless of what services you may or may not receive, you should do it for Gods and Goddesses. If, however, you are in a specific situation and cannot make a donation, then you cannot expect the clergy—who work on these things diligently, around 10 hours a day—to provide you their work for free. You should learn and study until you are in a position to donate.

These thoughts you have towards the clergy are really unfair and disheartening. Do you know what strict financial obligations followers have towards their clergy in other religions? They've given us so much information for free, while elsewhere they sell this same information for a lot of money—and even then, only a small fraction of it.

It's not about me. I said the calendar - not other things in tier 1 and not other tiers, but the calendar - should be free. Some people don't like spending money online, and some people don't like giving money to - to be honest - strangers.

Do you work? Do you get pay for it? Do you pay taxes? Do you know everyone that access you taxes? Do you know everything they do with your money? Do you buy food from people you don't know?

By donating to ToZ, you pay for the infrastructure of all the websites, security, etc. And you also get a balance to get access to Divine Knowledge that would help you spiritually advance. You also access other materials that are only share on HoO, like the calendar now.

You have free choice here, you donate (if you are able too, no ones here wants you donate all you money and be unable to eat) and have access to more and help our cause, you can also give your time in a project (you have the ability to write well structured texts). Or you can keep your money to yourself and pass on different things, no ones here will cry. But you cannot degrade the donation system and reduce it to ''giving money to strangers''.

Some people don't like spending money online, and some people don't like giving money to - to be honest - strangers.

Without going through each thing, it's not easy to be specific off the top of my head, but it seems like an overload of information.

Listen, you'll never hear me talking nonsense, let alone adding extra information to the conversation. The situation is this: accept the fact that the calendar is only available to HoO members. This is the decision of the Clergy and must be respected.
HoO is not unattainable, quite the contrary. You have already been told that you are not being asked to donate a large sum, but even just one dollar. Or you can contribute to helping ToZ with an activity.
That said, the decision is yours.

Furthermore, just to respond to what you said to my brothers, I believe you have been on ToZ for many years now, and it is very sad to consider a clergy and a family with whom you have fought to be strangers. Especially since, from the beginning, the goal has always been to establish a relationship of trust between us.
As for new members, they have the right, before joining ToZ, to get to know us and the Gods through our website. When a person has the opportunity, they will donate; no one here forces them to. But I find it unfair to make it free for everyone after all the work that has been done and is still being done.

We would've been understanding and made the adjustments, but instead, they pulled a switch-a-roo on us and expected us to just be ok with it... it's quite funny to be honest. There is no "switch-a-roo" or trick here. Please be careful with your words. At the end of the day, anyone is allowed to charge what they want for what they produce.

I think this is an extremely important point.

I believe one of the Guardians said that even the Planetary Squares available on the ToZ website, would be Tier 4 material if they were in the Hall of Osiris. That is how powerful they are, yet, they are available completely for free to the public.

The lack of of the basic common sense understanding of the value of hard work that goes into creating anything valuable being displayed by some members here is very sad. Have you never worked hard in your life before and really appreciated the money you worked hard for? Have you never hired anyone to do a job for you and happily paid them for the job they did understanding that it wasn't easy? It's just a basic law of existence, for something of value to be received something of value must be given. Why do you even want to get something of high value for literally nothing in return? That very desire is a character flaw, a low class beggar mentality. A human with a healthy self image should want to earn everything they receive, so they and have it with pride knowing they earned it.

How is begging, demanding and guilt tripping for a calendar any different than demanding reparations?

If you receive anything valuable for free it's a blessing to be grateful for, if you don't why do you have the expectation to? And even blessings have to be qualified for in one way or another, not even blessing come for nothing.

Is all your clothes free, your food, your housing, your household goods, a night out? Like what kind of life experience can you people possibly have had to even think something valuable should be free? Do you go to the shop of designer items and ask for free designer merchandise just because? You're like those people on facebook marketplace demanding people give you their property for free, or work for them for free.

Many people go to Walmart and buy a calendar with cat in every pages from 10 to 30$, here you get a calendar that will help you get a better life and yet, 1$ per month (basically the same amount of the cheap calendar at WM) is too much. Do you know how much efforts and time, people have put in this?

Bro, they had the 2026 and 2027 calendars ready when they released the 2025 calendar for everyone for free. Think about it: they had it ready 1 year ago and released it to t4 donors but decided to charge for it 1 year later. Don't believe me? Look at the post below:
