Which god is Jupiter Dolichenus? I think it's Lord Andras but ı'm not sure.I saw it in a museum and it caught my attention

To me it seems to be a romanized form of the semitic god Baal, Baal and Zeus/Jupiter are actually the same god: Beelzebull.
