JULY 1ST DEATH SPELL?

Hello everyone, I heard that Saturn was in retrograde currently, and that it would dangerous to perform any death spells. When will it be a good time for a death spell with a poppit? im pushing for July 1st for the waning Taurus moon. Thank you my brothers and sisters for any feedback.

You can perform black magick safely again after the Mars retrograde, which ends on June the 30th. 

So july 1st is fine to perform death spells. Mars won't be in retrograde again for almost a year.
