The forum is Not down, don't worry about it. The host website was doing maintenance to their servers or there was a problem with the internet itself. Remember, the internet is a huge network with hundreds of thousands of servers all interconnected together. There are also several major intersections or points where a lot of traffic meet. And just like traffic on the interstate, if there is a wreck or crash at a major intersection, the traffic will really slow down or even stop all together and then have to take a detour.
YouTube does the same thing on occasion.
