JG BlackOnyx mentioned about another case where a glitch like this happened.

You can perhaps email him and he can look into it, or you can try creating another.

It's okay HPS Lydia, I understand it takes time for our sites to get fixed or maintenance, and our clergy is undermanned as it is. Below is what always happen when I create an account this happen both on mobile/android and on PC. I have not tried on IOS coz I can't afford that at the moment 🤣🤣🤣, I'm broke.
