First of all, I don't know what's the reason why you are trying to convert but if you are thinking of converting cause you are not getting anywhere in Spiritual Satanism or thinking that satan/lucifer isnt actually there, just turn around and convert to whatever religion you want to convert because Satan/Lucifer is looking for the strong, the dedicated, and loyal Satanists cause Satan/lucifer is not going to focus on people who second guess him and think that these Meditation aren't going to work.....But if you are going to pratice Spiritual Satanism for REAL, than LOOK at EVERYTHING in the JOS website and you will find all the information about Satanism and Exposing that fucking religion people call Christanity and if you are for sure that you are ready to Dedicate yourself to Satan/Lucifer, than the knowledge of the origins of Gods and Witchpower will be open to you!!!!

ah yes, and dont forget to read the joy of satan site entirely. when i first dedicated, i read for hours every day, printing 150 pages out a week to bring home for personal reference. But know this- knowledge alone isnt going to make you immortal. you need to utilize it and act. that was something i had trouble with in the beggining. i still do, as i can be rather lazy when it comes to turning off halo wars. but not as much. i know what i need to do, i know how to do it, and i can do it, thus i cannot honestly give any excuses or cast any blame for my failures. oh, 2 other sites: www.666.blacksun.com and www.exposingchristianity.org.

I am an Atheist brought up from a Christian home (That is so common there should probably be a word for it by now...). Honestly I do not believe in the Christian God or any specific God like Satan or Allah. I only believe what I see, That doesn't mean I am closed minded and immediatly shun anything I can't see(Otherwise I wouldn't even be here). But you must understand I find it hard to believe that some(or all) of you can conjure fire with your minds or move objects. Most of the things in the JOS website seem farfetched and fantastical.. BUT if they are real I would like to get in on this and improve myself. So my question is.. Do I have to "Believe" in Satan and the lot(Demons, Princes of Hell etc.) and change my views and love Satan as my Creator in order to be able to gain these powers? For example can I not care/love or even acknowledge Satan and still have these gifts? I would like an experienced Satainst Preferably a High Priest/ess to answer me because I have more questions and they will affect my decision.

So you personally prefer to thank Satan. That's fair I guess. So Satanism is not about worshipping a being but empowering yourself. What about the dedication Ritual? Is that just a formality or is that part of something real? For example can I just right my name in pen or completely skip that ceremony and It will still work? Assuming in my heart I belong to Satan and I sill do the other things? (Astral Temple, Meditation rituals etc.)

No you should do the dedication when you are completely sure and have all the proof you need and no doubts, like i said. Its a confirmation and getting protection of some kind (you also get a guardian Demon after your dedication). You should draw blood unless you have any health problems or problems with your parents watching, this is a test of strength and required, and blood is also your DNA, your unique signature. But i guess its to early for you.

Btw i didn't exactly get your last question. If you mean when you are dedicated that you shouldn't do any things of course this is wrong. The dedication doesn't replace or substitute any kind of spiritual work to empower yourself, like I said its a confirmation of some kind and you get protection.

Look I have no problem with worshipping demons or Satan. And believing in them isn't a problem if they will Litteraly speak to me. Meeting and having a conversation with a demon is something I have fantasised of experiencing. But I don't want to waste a portion of my life studying witchcraft and doing these things and not gain anything or experience anything. I have a pretty busy life at the moment with studies and everything so I would also like to know that IF I start doing this and I become a Satanist and for some reason I cannot do the things asked of me will I be "punished" in any way?

In many times yes, except you could have one from your past lives. and to answer your other question too:

There's actually no external punishment in Satanism, you only punish yourself. For example, if one procrastinates and stops doing meditations for a long time will stop advancing and be back to step one. Not because of some external being, but because of his own actions, its like stopping working out or going to a gym and your muscles are gone after that.

If you feel that you're "wasting your time" then don't do anything and don't join. I believe all knowledge is important and i certainly don't feel wasting any of my time with whatever i read or try out even if it doesn't work, i always get something that is interesting or true. Although i can tell you from my experience, it is the only religion i got results and experiences from in my 2 years of being a Satanist.

I never said that results come only after the dedication, please read my post first. You don't only get the results after the dedication, i said you just get protection. The results come from your OWN self-empowerment and you can ask Satan and see Him and contact Demons BEFORE your dedication too. The proof i mean you've asked Satan and/or studied everything enough about how Satanism predated christianity.

If you are sure or don't need lots of proof (depends on the individual) you can do the dedication after that.

Its a confirmation and getting protection of some kind (you also get a guardian Demon after your dedication). You should draw blood unless you have any health problems or problems with your parents watching, this is a test of strength and required, and blood is also your DNA, your unique signature. Not to mention, if you convert to xianity bcuz of your doubts or you haven't studied anything AFTER you dedicate and you leave Satanism you CAN'T come back to Satanism again. Hope you didn't have any doubts and leave bcuz thats the cold hard truth about that. And thats why i said you need to make sure before dedicating by studying everything, meditating and/or asking Satan to see if He is real (if you doubt it).

And no, you don't get lots of results just by doing the dedication just protection.

Thank you for answering my questions. I think I have made my decision. I will study these arts and If I like the results I will dedicate. Can anyone tell me where I can go to download the Joy of Satan webpage and it's important links. My offline browser is giving me hell(No pun intended) and I don't want to go online everytime I need to read something I forgot... making notes of EVERYTHING is my last resort so please don't just tell me to do that either.
