jew book now asking for gov't id for verification

Although i hate jew book, i use it to read articles and talk to friends.Just recently i was unable to log into my account, after using my proper password of course.I was then told my account was frozen.Hmmm i wonder why. Because i have no pics of my face, or anything to identify who i really am.I was then brought to a window stating to get back into my account, i would have to upload some form of gov't id....lol like I'm stupid.So i guess I'm no longer on jew book! Has this happened to anyone else? Sorry if this is off topic.
