ive got some pretty big energy problems

well its weird when i breathe in energy my body shakes and i dont feel the energy once its in unless i visualise it in my body still and feel it there myself but i do feel it go in, and that isnt a nice feeling breathing in energy for me is borderline painful and i have had this problem for ages the whole just keep trying thing isnt working when it comes to this and i never or barely feel energy in my chest no matter how much i try to direct it its there for a second then its gone and directing is a pain it takes me ages to get barely any energy anywhere

whats going on any advice or tips?
