itching fore head

For like 3 years my forehead always itched, right where my third eye is. I've been in adderal then an antipsychotic, but when coming off of that my forehead starting itching again. I never knew why until I discovered that I even had a third eye. I'm trying to open it up but keep failing, is it cause I still have that natty antipsychotic left in my system,

Keep trying with the third eye opening exercises. You have to be consistent in doing it for four days. Maybe try different tones of Thoth (the vibration). When you hit the right note, you will feel it in your third eye.
