Is the Zevist Rosary necessary for certain workings?

When the workings call for vibrating a Zevist Rosary 108 times, is the rosary necessary? The current working I am doing is the freeing the soul working recently posted on the ToZ site. I do not own a Zevist Rosary, but I have been vibrating Munka 108 times and stating my affirmations regardless for the past 3 days now. The first day I felt a very warm sensation on my shoulder blades and my shoulders ached severely for about 30 minutes afterwards. I figured this was a positive indicator that the vibrations were working, but I want to make sure to ease my mind.

Sorry, I have not tried this meditation, so I can't tell you about what you felt...However, the Rosary is needed in order to be able to count your vibrations without losing your focus on the working.
