by this I don't mean carbs like patatoes or vegetables but refined sugar even organic one that tends to be in every snack like biscuits, organic cereals, croissants, desserts ecc ?
I havent been eating any sugar lately like completely 0 other than honey(which is good sugar i will never quit eating), I have noticed some headaches the first days but now I feel good and not craving sugar constantly when doing stuff ecc and my hunger has increased a lot when it's actually lunch dinner or breakfast time.
whats your take on quitting that kind of sugar permanently?
