Is it possible to download Ritual to use it on computer or phone if internet gets down?

Yes. Just click "Save Page As" (or press Ctrl+S) on the Paintable Version. That will download the whole Ritual as a single ".html" file. Then just double-click on that .html file and it will open and work, even offline.
