is it just me or...?

hey, i have been a martial artist for around a year and sometimes when one in my club has trained alot. (we are only 10 so sometimes i know when a person has trained alot.) at the end of the training i some times see a blue mist like aura around them. Is this real bioelectricity?

It is kung fu we are practicing, so the movements should actually bring our chi (the name of bioelectricity used in kung fu ) out of the body and send it out in waves when we strike.

but i saw all that before i started opening my third eye (wich im still during) and it could just as well be my the placebo effect?

how do i know if it is real bioelectricity?

ok first i want to say i know what ur tlaking about i have been in many forms of martial arts, i can say i have seen that blue mist-like arua u have seen it seem to be more then bioelectrcity i have felt a few elemental energies mixed in too,but for the placebo effect i have never in fact heard of it so cant help there.

Sometimes you don't have to be totally open to see this. Your third eye may be naturally open. You may now probably start to notice much more "weird" stuff while you're training, as martial arts deal with pure energy.
