I'd assume anyone can perform Magick as long as they are practiced in it. However, I feel the success rate is higher because the Gods help us. Something someone who isn't dedicated wouldn't get.

I for one also don't think you will get a response,with out a dedication ritual ly me 14.Because with out that,you are not part of the SS family,and you can bet that any of Satan's Demons will not answer.I have been dedicated almost 2 years now,and I have yet to have that kind of communication yet myself.So you really need to wait until you have made that kind of commitment to Father Satan first.Just my advice.
