Hey guys! I'm used to masturbate watching porn for a long time, years to be exact (I believe more than 6 years). I know that it is very bad for the mental health and I want to stop it. But how do I masturbate without it? Do I imagine things with other persons I find attractive? With experiences I've had with other people? Should I imagine things without imagining an specific person? I find it hard to imagine this kind of things without imagining an attractive person or past experiences, even while I watch porn I imagine this kind of thing.

Also I aware that I shouldn't objective people, and I fight these kind of thoughts, but the negative effects that's been giving to me is that I am kinda anxious around the opposite sex (specifically the people I find attractive) and its difficult for me to start a conversation/interaction with them (I'm also a little like this with my sex as well, but the opposite sex gives me more anxiety). But at the same time, when I make a connection with some one, I can be very open about my sexual life, problems etc, and this makes me think I've not been so damaged with it.

For the psyche - perverted porn is harmful, say with different races or extreme degrees of perversion reaching the point of absurdity, also you can't call studio porn useful where everything is plastic and not real, if you don't have the opportunity to find a partner yet - masturbate to videos where beautiful girls just show themselves there will be nothing wrong with that. But I would still advise you - find yourself a partner and enjoy. You can use magical methods to help and try to meet.

In my experience, porn is neither good nor bad, it is just a tool I use to get off. However, if a category of porn I view and do my business to leads me to feel disgusting after finishing, I black list it and never view it again. I prefer feeling good after masturbation, not gross.

I keep that blacklist as a .txt file with what the category is and why I hate it. What it does to me in my post masturbation clarity. Then I save only things that do not disgust me and are not against the Gods directly. I refer to my stash mostly, but when I want to venture out for more on pornhub or such, I always review my black list to avoid things I hate and disgust me.

I hope this helps,
Hail God and Gods! ☀️

Using your imagination is totally fine and can actually strengthen your visualisation. Whatever you choose to imagine rather it’s a lived experience or something else all together is up to you .
you can also focus on sensation, feel, and directing energy instead of visualising, and visualise energy instead of pornographic things, but both are okay. Directing and visualising energy during masterbation can be quite powerful

Quit porn absolutely, it hurts your mental health, as you said.
The fact of masturbating to porn material became a habit (after 6 years), therefore it would be a bit difficult to eliminate it, but it can be done. You said imagining things during masturbation is difficult, but if you start using your brain to train your imagination, it's surely better. You can start by gradually reducing your exposure to porn material, you can masturbate one day with porn, then the next day without porn, then 1 day with porn, then 2 days without porn, etc, and take your time to adapt to the new situation.

If you are a serious Zevist, develop magic powers through meditation and start a love spell to attract a good partner, you deserve it, not pixels and long sessions of gooning, humans are meant to form strong and stable connections with other humans, there are 8 billion people on Earth, you'll surely find the right person for you. Masturbation over some pixels does not give you true joy, only some dopamine.

About anxiousness around opposite gender people, you need to practice some void meditation and awareness meditations. It would give you some control over your emotions, especially when meeting other people, then you should practice socializing a bit, it's the only way to really solve this problem. It's difficult to sustain your anxiety, but you need to train your brain to accept the fact you're not in danger around people, danger is determined by specific signals such as physical or verbal threats, or real life-threatening situations, the only presence of other people is not a real danger, it's imaginary. Fear is a projection of what could happen, it's not reality itself.

As long as you're not visualizing porn itself, anything that purely attracts your mind is ok.

Don't thought-police yourself too much here. What is very healthy though was mentioned by Brother Endoxos Stylobates, once aroused, you can focus on the feel itself and enjoy the bodily experience of it. This is very healthy, especially with the healing process for the mind and body to detoxify from porn.
