Are you incorporating physical exercise into your daily meditation session? Hatha Yoga at least? Since the shaking and jerk-like movements are all related to increased bioelectricity in your body. If your body is not physically strong enough to cope with it it might be dangerous.
I would say in this case keep it steady and slow, and do not neglect your physical body, you need it strong and healthy in order to achieve Godhead.

Need help I have been doing power meditation for a year+ I have successifully opened my chakras,but now everytime I try to. Go into a trance or feel on a chakra I get these involuntory shaking of my body like a jerk.am afraid coz this is strange am I pushing myself too hard?
