Invoking human spirits.

I am considering invoking someone who died not long ago, and it says at the necromancy page that it's easy to invoke a human spirit, but not how to do it. I'm very unfamilliar with invokation in gerenal, otherwise I might have figured it out.

How does one invoke a spirit?
