I want to motivate practitioners who are struggling and to emphasise that intensity is very important.
In all Zevistic practices, which are deep and require diligence, measure and exactness intensity is one of the main keys.
In meditative practices, intensity that is healthy and moves us towards higher states is a factor in living fully and breaking through with our workings.
Some may argue that meditations should be done without effort, by only sitting there senselessly, but this is not from Zevism, but from weakness and susceptibility to opposing forces.
The senses have to be constantly being sharpened, and the mind has to be bended through willpower, which, when will is exercised, grows and empowers our Souls to live more fully.
What we do in inner activity with intensity transforms our resolve deeply within, and if it is a part of our daily routines, it also starts to become a part of ourselves in our everyday lives.
Only through intensity we do break limits and become transformed, get closer to life, and make our energy denser. Our boundaries become more living and more bound.
Together with all that the path offers us, combined with knowledge, purifications, exercises, flexibility, and doing just deeds, intensity finds its place where it is most needed, and we can break the walls in life where it is most rightful.
Intensity alone, without discipline, will brings chaos, destruction, and disbalance, but well-directed, pure-intentioned intensity will make us alive, charismatic, vivid, and influential. Especially for noble purposes, this has its place, which can be called its home.
During every session of discipline you settle down for it, focus well, put yourself into it, and do it with need, emotion, awareness, purpose, and presence. Be there with intensity but keep your body and mind relaxed. So you can be at ease, fluent but yet able and succeeding.
In time, being intense becomes the natural state, and one starts to relax into it more. This, with a pure Soul, makes one truly beautiful, attentive, responsible, and powerful.
Laws like justice are so deeply through existence that it governs every piece of life in all spheres and sizes in life and beyond. This is how intense it is. In Zevism we become that as well.
