Zevic Family,
I've recently been diagonsed with gall strones, and truth be told, if I hadn't had a searing pain in my right underrib, I'd not know. Well, what has changes is that there are food groups which I have to avoid, obviously.
But, ever since that time, I noticed that I can't fall asleep (no, not sleep enough - not sleep at all), even though there are times where I appear to be at the brink of losing consciousness, and then... nothing.
It's been 4 days, and I really lack any ideas.
Is there a correlation between my gallstones and my inspomnia? I have no idea, but I guess that 1st I need to be able to have a restful sleep, and only then will I deal with gallstones. Sure, I'm drinking ACV, avoiding fatty food, occasionally fasting for 72 hours, still, the longer I go without sleep, the worse I feel, obviously.
Any help, any advice appreciated
